Job Responsibilities
• Must be able to handle both Customer Service
• Must be able to handle the following Customer Service-related concerns
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale phone support for any concerns such as but not limited to:
✓ Parts Inquiry (Descriptions & Compatibility)
✓ Returns Process
✓ Replacement
✓ Refund
✓ Account and Order Concerns
✓ Order Tracking
• Provide phone support for order placement which includes but is not limited to the following:
✓ Sales Inquiry (Item description, compatibility, pricing, and related parts)
✓ Provide Quote to Customers who are interested but not ready to place an order yet
✓ Provide knowledgeable input on different auto parts and their components
✓ Web Order Assistance
✓ Order placement over the phone
Skills and Knowledge needed:
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Customer Service Skills and experience
• Sales Skills and experience
• Online Retail experience of at least one (1) year
• CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of Conversion and Place Order Value is an advantage
• Knowledge of cars and their parts/components is an advantage
• Can multi-task and can handle pressure well
• Can work even with less supervision
Minimum Qualifications
At least SHS graduate
At least 2 years of BPO experience, preferably with Email or Chat Support experience
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Willing to work on-site
Can start ASAP
